Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years as an automotive instructional designer, training developer, automotive instructor, and/or manufacturing instructor.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Knowledge of OEM manufacturing tracking, reporting, and dynamic vehicle testing systems.
- Ability to develop training using pre-launch documents and validate content prior to SORP.
- Proficiency with digital multimeters, OEM diagnostic scan tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to interpret early engineering-level electrical schematics and supplier harness prints.
- Effective one-on-one and group presentation skills with demonstrated training delivery experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with extensive travel flexibility, up to 75% depending on launch.
- ASE certifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Automotive technical assistance center experience.
- Experience supporting vehicle launches in OEM assembly environments.
