Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Bellevue, WA and provide end-user support. Duties And Responsibilities Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required Stage and build systems Complete special projects as requested Follow Asset Management policy and procedure Skills And Qualifications Good communication skills Good analytic / troubleshooting skills Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications iOS and Android working knowledge Good customer support skills Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing Desk-side support service experience Wage Range The rate for this position is between $23.25 - $31.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
