What You'll Do As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for our Care Professionals. You'll: Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates Build relationships throughout the community to create recruiting opportunities Create engaging recruitment content for social media and online job platforms Manage job postings across multiple recruiting channels Respond promptly to applicants and maintain an exceptional candidate experience Conduct professional interviews and evaluate candidate fit Guide candidates through hiring and onboarding Coordinate new hire orientation and training Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting efforts Partner with office leadership to ensure staffing needs are met Serve as an ambassador for the Home Instead brand both inside and outside the office We\'re Looking for Someone Who Has Proven recruitment or talent acquisition experience Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking with people from all backgrounds Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Experience using social media as a recruiting tool Creative thinking and the ability to develop new recruiting strategies Excellent organization and follow-through Professional presentation and interpersonal skills Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team A valid driver\'s license and willingness to attend community recruiting events Bonus Points If You Have Experience With Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruiting platforms Community outreach, career fairs, and networking events Healthcare, home care, hospitality, or service industry recruiting Why Home Instead?
