With more than 20 years of experience supporting artists, entertainers and live events, MAGUSA provides air and ocean freight, ground transportation, air charters, logistics planning and tour support worldwide, with deep experience across Latin America.The full-time Operations Coordinator will assist the MAGUSA Operations team with arranging domestic and international transportation projects. You'll work with experienced operations professionals to coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery. We value potential as much as experience—and we'll help you learn.Location: Miami, FloridaWork Schedule: Schedule fluctuates based on workloads during weekdays with afterhours / weekend work as neededWorking Environment: This role requires a combination of indoor office-based work and work that may be performed outdoors, with work locations and conditions varying based on operational needs and job responsibilities.Responsibilities:Research routes and book domestic and international shipments.Generate quotes and pricing for domestic and international shipments.Coordinate air, trucking, and ocean import/export moves.Prepare accurate transportation and export documents.Keep customers, carriers, warehouses, and global teams informed.Track shipments and act quickly when plans change.Maintain accurate files and build strong customer and vendor relationships.Qualifications:Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, events, or another time-sensitive environment is preferred, not required.Some familiarity with freight forwarding or air import/export is helpful.Strong organization and comfort managing multiple priorities.Basic Outlook and Excel skills, plus the ability to learn new systems.Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, on-call coverage, or project travel.Additional Qualifications:Detail-oriented: Accurate and thorough.Responsive: Acts quickly when timing matters.A strong communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills.Eager to learn: Asks questions and welcomes feedback.A team player: Collaborates and jumps in when needed.Resourceful: Solves problems and stays calm under pressure.Growth-minded: Ready to learn and take on more.Don't meet every single requirement?
