Staff Accountant

Who You Are As an experienced Staff Accountant with a passion for business operations, you are eager to expand your expertise in finance. You will take charge of managing the day‑to‑day financial health of our clients, using your analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills. Enjoying teamwork and client interaction, you will take pride in supporting clients' financial success. You have a solid understanding of US GAAP standards, Cash vs. Accrual accounting, and possess strong people skills. Your background includes: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, with at least 2 years of hands‑on experience Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Must have experience in a client‑facing role Research and project management experience is a plus What You’ll Do Our clients span a wide range of industries and sizes, so each account is unique. Regardless of the variation, we are committed to delivering high‑quality financial services and support across the entire portfolio.
