Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather client histories, evaluate emotional and behavioral challenges, and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy tailored to clients' unique situations, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Set and track therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless, supportive experience for clients regardless of location.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and securely to maintain ethical standards and comply with industry regulations, including those set by HIPAA.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including supervision, workshops, and external training, to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or similar credential.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for exceptional rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients facing various psychological barriers.

• Well-organized with effective time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, especially those familiar with telehealth methodologies. Experience working with trauma-informed care and in diverse cultural settings will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, based on your experience and caseload.
