What you will enjoy doing*

• You will troubleshoot plant operational issues and deliver timely, effective technical solutions to maintain safe and consistent production
• And you will identify and lead small-scale projects that improve plant reliability, efficiency, and overall performance
• You will support the safe, efficient startup of new production facilities and ensure operational readiness
• You will develop and deliver technical training to operations personnel to strengthen onsite capabilities
• Additionally, establish and maintain best practices, technical standards, and critical alerts to drive consistency across operations
• Furthermore, utilize EAM systems to identify critical spares, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve asset availability
• Partner with design and installation teams to enhance future plant designs and long-term performance outcomes
• Lastly, track and report KPIs, provide technical input for business opportunities, and support operations with up to 30% travel and occasional after-hours support

• You will meet the required qualifications with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience
• Further, you will apply hands-on experience in plant operations, maintenance, or industrial systems to support daily activities and problem resolution
• You will demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges in industrial environments
• You will manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently to meet deadlines and operational needs
• Additionally, communicate clearly and professionally through strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Furthermore, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive operational success
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in all work tasks

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $90,000 - $132,000.
