Job Summary The Educational Services Testing Coordinator will manage the collection and distribution of all quizzes and tests for students enrolled in the Educational Services Program and those who qualify for a testing accommodation. This includes providing the appropriate testing accommodations for each student as documented by the student’s education plan. This is a full-time, school-year position and reports to the Principal. Responsibilities Supports, promotes and models the mission, vision and core Ursuline values of St. Ursula Academy. Works cooperatively with other personnel and departments to ensure a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors to the school. Supports the current Long-Range Strategic Plan as indicated on the plan document. Coordinates and facilitates the administration of assessments, including standardized tests, for ES students and those with an accommodation plan. Maintains organizational system and accurate records for testing accommodations. Collaborates and communicates with teachers about students’ needs. Provides students with quiet work space and supports students with executive functioning skills, study skills, and time management. Performs other duties as assigned. Education / Experience Bachelor's degree is required. Experience in secondary education with students is strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and serve as a team member with other teachers in the department and the faculty-at-large. Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Software products, with the ability to become proficient in PowerSchool and Schoology. Adaptable to last‑minute changes in routine and schedules.
