Join us in Mechanicsburg, where small-town living meets big-city perks, and together, we make a difference.As a Senior Accounting Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the Accounting department with a focus towards materials accounting. You will create, maintain and review master recipes and periodic data review for accuracy and reconciliation. In this role, you will work individually and cross-functionally to research discrepancies between plant floor systems versus SAP and provide resolutions on addressing top material variances. You will consider areas of opportunity to mitigate and prevent future variances through process improvement methodology, and support plant initiatives of quality, safety, and production with in their line of influence.Act as the Material Data Expert for material accounting functionsBuild/Maintain Master Data: bill of materials (BOMs), resources, master recipes, production versions and other necessary changeContinual data reconciliation for budget complianceExecute daily review for inventory balance discrepancies between the plant floor systems and SAPEscalate, address, or communicate concerns for top loss items in a timely manner to key stakeholdersMonitor bin management of bulk ingredients and review bin cut-off reports for complianceReview material variances weekly and distribute to orders/materials accordinglyComplete weekly liquid ingredient inventory reconciliations and book variancesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent3+ years of material accounting or inventory control experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment.Salary: $47,018.70 to $65,616.00 per yearIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
