Account Executive, Virtual Sales

WE ARE HIRING IN 2 X LOCATIONS - PLEASE READ LOCATIONS DETAILS CAREFULLY BELOW Title: Account Executive Industry: Material Handling / Warehouse Solutions. Locations: California or Arizona. Package: Up to $120,000 base + uncapped comms plan (OTE = $250k). Reports to: Sales Manager. Responsibilities: Drive New Business Development - Research and qualify target accounts, identify new market opportunities, develop effective account strategies, and convert qualified prospects into new clients. Lead Consultative Sales of Material Handling and Automation Solutions – Use expertise in warehouse, distribution, intralogistics, and material handling operations to understand customer requirements and develop innovative solutions, proposals, and quotations. Build Strategic Customer Relationships and Deliver Revenue Growth – Engage with C-level and VP-level decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and achieve sales revenue and gross profit targets. Requirements: ~3+ years experience in developing and winning business in the area of Warehouse Solutions (specifically Pallet Rack systems or very similar). ~ Responsive, solution-driven, resilient, and optimistic mindset. ~ Willingness to travel on a regular basis to the assigned territory.
