Data Entry Specialist

Description

• Communicate with clients via email to send invoices and collect payments
• Researching discrepancies with account balances and correcting errors
• Communicating with internal departments to resolve issues with accounts
• Pursues delinquent accounts and maintains documented record of collections
• Generates and distributes billing invoices, statements, and delinquent notices.
• Provides monthly reporting on aged receivables and matters of collections to management.
• Assists with special projects and other duties when needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
