Plant Installer

Job Summary Our Installers prepare, load, deliver, and install green wall systems for clients, including delivering plants, hardgoods, scenting and air purification equipment, and assisting with holiday decorations. They perform warehouse tasks, drive delivery vehicles, maintain plants and infrastructure, and may work after hours or outdoors as required. Responsibilities Complete warehouse tasks including plant receiving and preparation Load service vehicle and deliver plants and hardgoods to customer sites Schedule delivery details and arrangements per client Drive a delivery van/truck in urban and rural settings Maintain plants and hardware components of living green walls at various heights Plant containers, vases, and planter beds with a wide variety of plants Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. during installation Deliver and install scenting and air purification equipment as necessary Be available for occasional after hour project work (e.g., early access to shopping malls) Perform outdoor/exterior work when required Assist with holiday decoration installations and removals with a team Qualifications Experience caring for plants preferred Experience interacting with clients Regular lifting up to 50 lbs Able to safely climb ladders up to 12 ft Lift certification is a plus Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects Experience using drills, saws, and other power tools Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence Base Pay Base Pay Range Hourly: $18.00 - $25.00. Pay may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment.
