Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist

Location: Hanover, MD

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay: Up to $23 hourly based on experience

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist for a growing and established organization in the Hanover, MD area. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter work orders into the system for processing and invoicing
• Input purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry for invoices and related documentation
• Review information for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain and update databases and company records
• Match invoices against spreadsheets and supporting documentation
• Organize, scan, and file both paper and electronic records
• Manage a high volume of document processing and recordkeeping
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company information
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working within pre-existing spreadsheets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
