Accounts Payable Specialist
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will utilize your knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Prompt Payment Act, and Federal Travel Regulations. The candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing and distributing assigned reports.
Reviewing purchase orders and contracts to process payments while actively resolving any issues that may arise.
Performing final reconciliations consistently and accurately in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver organizational projects.
Applying analytical and evaluation techniques to review accounting data in alignment with accounting principles.
