Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and current documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs, develop treatment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our network to coordinate care and improve client treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a wide variety of client needs, addressing issues that range from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and complex co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential that allows for independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and compassionate client care.

• Proficiency in using computers and technology, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and communication tools such as Outlook and PIMSY.
