Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide bedside care and conduct 1-2 hour patient rounding
• Manage a nurse/patient ratio of 1:4-5 (days) or 1:5-6 (nights)
• Coordinate with Charge Nurses and House Supervisors as needed
• Work collaboratively with PCTs and utilize overhead lift equipment
• Administer patient care for ESRD, AKI, dialysis patients, and post-op transplant cases

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL RN license or proof of application initiation
• BLS certification
• General medical background with a preference for nephrology or urology experience
