Human Resources Specialist Level IIActive TS/SCI clearance requiredOur client is seeking a Human Resources Specialist Level II to support military and government civilian personnel operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Air Force personnel systems and the ability to advise leadership on staffing, workforce strengths, and trends that may affect mission readiness.ResponsibilitiesProvide personnel recommendations and workforce analysis to senior leadership.Manage recruitment and placement within the civilian personnel system.Support employee development, performance management, and career training programs.Maintain accurate training records in accordance with regulatory requirements.Develop, deliver, manage, and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).QualificationsActive Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.At least five years of relevant Department of War experience.At least two years of SAP or SCI experience, including work in such an environment within the past five years.Hands-on HR generalist experience and familiarity with Air Force personnel systems, including MILPDS, myFSS, DTS, BLSDM, AFPASS, MPICAM, LeaveWeb, and awards and decorations processes.Experience applying civilian personnel policies to military organizations.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.Bachelor's degree in arts or science; equivalent experience or training may be considered.Willingness to undergo a government counterintelligence scope polygraph, if required.Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; flexible spending accounts; 401(k); paid time off; tuition reimbursement; and paid federal holidays.Applicants must be U.S. citizens and meet the security clearance and investigation requirements for access to government information.
