Requirements ***Client has 8hrs of Non-Billable hours for orientation hours FTE 2.0 approval for but looking to build a bench Current Approval through 6/1/27 but an extension has been submitted Why Open?- Gap in coverage This location operates under nearby facility license in Springfield Privileges - Hospital Inpatient Setting # of beds 35 Rounding Admissions Demograhpics- Adults Avg patients per day Varies Procedures N/A Case Logs: Applicant must be able to demonstrate provision of inpatient or consultative services in the privileges requested for at least 30 patients during the past 24 months or completion of hospital - affiliated accredited residency special clinical fellowship or research within the past 12 months. Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways: Applicant who has just completed a residency shall provide a copy of his /her residency log. An applicant who is not applying directly out of residency shall provide a quality profile from hospital s where the applicant currently has privileges showing his /her clinical activity for the last 24 months. Provider will not be working Solo Licensed- Yes OR is required due to urgent start BLS Cert required EMR- EPIC Shift Info: Day 7x10-Hour 08:00 - 18:00
