Senior Mental Health Intake & Case Manager IV
Turning Point of Central California
Turning Point of Central California, Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking an Intake Coordinator Mental Health Specialist Case Manager IV to support new client referrals, conduct intake, and connect individuals to Medi-Cal, healthcare, housing, and employment services.
You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated services, provide direct case management, and respond to crises. Bilingual capability (Spanish or Hmong) is valued; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
