Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to each client's care.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary, providing safety planning to clients in acute distress.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, creating a sense of community among patients.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
