Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients in hospice care, addressing both psychological and emotional needs.

• Regularly monitor and audit clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with Utilization Review processes and all relevant governmental regulations.

• Supervise the maintenance and accuracy of electronic medical records, ensuring that they adhere to licensing regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in research and planning for new program services, securing necessary approvals to enhance the array of offerings available to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
