Sales Call Center Representative

Seeking a full-time Sales Call Center Representative, this remote position will manage outbound telemarketing efforts to prospective patients, making over 300 calls daily to achieve patient acquisition and revenue growth goals while participating in a mandatory 4-week training program. Key responsibilities: Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients and convert them into new patients Articulate the company's unique proposition and schedule initial doctor's appointments while meeting quotas Utilize sales skills, including rapport building and overcoming objections, to effectively communicate with prospects Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred Prior call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred Ability to participate in remote training sessions and work in a distraction-free environment Comfortable with a base + bonus salary structure and learning new technology
