This setting allows you to build meaningful connections with patients and their families, tailoring care to meet their specific needs. Our facilities are equipped with the latest tools and equipment necessary for effective rehabilitation, and our collaborative atmosphere encourages knowledge sharing among colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients, including a comprehensive review of their medical history and physical assessments to determine individual rehabilitation needs.Design and explain tailored treatment plans that align with patient goals, ensuring that each plan is understood and agreed upon by patients and their families.Implement evidence-based treatment protocols while adapting approaches based on patient progress and the latest advancements in healthcare trends.Work closely with other healthcare providers to document patient conditions meticulously. Regularly assess changes in patient health and coordinate care to address these effectively.Maintain precise records of patient care activities, tracking outcomes, and contributing towards departmental goals and compliance standards.Actively pursue continuing education opportunities and contribute as a clinical instructor to support the professional growth of team members.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patients vary widely in age and physical condition, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist, your role will significantly impact their rehabilitation journey and overall health outcomes.QualificationsComprehensive understanding of physical therapy practices, as evidenced by a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).A valid DPT license in the state of New Jersey is required prior to starting work.Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families, as well as collaborate with healthcare teams.Preferred ExperienceWhile two years of experience in a relevant setting is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic newcomers to apply.
