Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to gauge the needs and challenges faced by new clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) – unrestricted and active.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient clinical setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in essential technology, including but not limited to: Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

First Health Care LLC offers a competitive salary range from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, reflecting your experience and contributions.
