Operations Supervisor"With Pride, we make public spaces friendly and vibrant for the communities we serve."Block by Block is seeking to hire an Operations Supervisor to provide oversight of our Ambassador Team.Annual Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00Required Experiences/Skillset:Law Enforcement/Military/SecurityManagement/Supervisory backgroundAbility to create reportsComputer + Microsoft Office suite proficiencyRequired Licensure:Valid FL Driver's LicenseFL Class D Security LicenseSpecific daily responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor may include:Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates. Onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors. Create a culture that would make everyone want to join your team!Continual adjustments to the deployment of resources to match changing needs. This includes resources of the "human kind." Basically, redeploying according to daily needs.Continual problem identification and solving to improve the quality of the program. Problem solving is a very big part of what we do. (We need an innovator to lead our team.)Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment.Reporting outcomes through a variety of reporting channels (This means spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets...you get the idea.)Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training on standard policies and procedures.Please apply if:YOU LIKE TO HAVE FUN AND MAKE PEOPLE SMILE!
