Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for couples and families, identifying their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals and families, addressing issues such as marital conflict, grief and loss, communication challenges, and family dynamics.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their wellness goals.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional and legal standards.

• Collaborating with other professionals in the clinic to deliver coordinated care and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.

• Continuing professional development through training and supervision to stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, adults, and children/adolescents. You will provide therapeutic support for a variety of issues, such as:

• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and communication issues.
\n
• Adjustments during separation and divorce.
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
