We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to support daily office operations in San Jose, California. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep schedules organized, respond professionally to inbound calls, and help maintain smooth coordination across workplace activities. The role also involves handling payroll-related tasks and providing day-to-day support that keeps teams informed and operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure requests are assigned promptly and accurately.
• Organize and adjust team schedules to support coverage needs, changing priorities, and operational timelines.
• Serve as a point of contact for incoming calls, providing clear information and routing inquiries appropriately.
• Process full-cycle payroll activities with attention to accuracy, timing, and compliance with established procedures.
• Support workplace operations by coordinating administrative tasks and helping teams stay aligned on priorities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership support by assisting with communication, follow-up, and coordination across functions.• Experience coordinating schedules, assignments, or service requests in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to manage dispatch-related tasks while balancing multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Knowledge of full-cycle payroll processes and a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including experience handling inbound calls with careful attention to detail.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to track details, deadlines, and follow-up items.
• Comfortable supporting workplace operations and collaborating with team members across different functions.
