You’ll join a dynamic team, backed by 20 years of success, where you'll be trusted to deliver outstanding service from the first showing to closing. You'll need an active CA Real Estate License to succeed in this role. We value punctuality, fast communication, and a commitment to excellence. This position offers a flexible schedule, with compensation typically ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Compensation:

$40,000 - $100,000 Responsibilities:

Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. Collaborate closely with the lead agent to understand client needs and tailor showings accordingly. Maintain clear and prompt communication with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries. Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. Gather and relay client feedback to the team, helping refine our approach and service. Coordinate with team members to schedule showings, optimizing time and resources efficiently. Stay informed about local market trends and property details to provide clients with accurate information during showings. Qualifications:

Requirements Active California Real Estate License (required) Reliable transportation for showings throughout San Diego County Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable in a fast-moving team text environment with quick response expectations Professional, warm, and client-focused in every interaction Ability to manage your own schedule around buyer needs DISC profile submission preferred — include with your application if you have one
