Elevance Health seeks a Michigan-licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home and virtual palliative care in the Metro Detroit area. The role is field-based with 8 am–5 pm hours and occasional office attendance for meetings or training, serving Lansing areas as well. You will collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team, develop care plans, prescribe within authority, and maintain medical records in compliance with state rules.
