Controller

Compensation: $160k - $170k/yr + bonus + PTO/sick + additional compensation We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting operations for a growing organization in the telecom infrastructure and construction space. This is a high-impact leadership role that will partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial excellence, strengthen internal controls, and support continued growth. What You'll Do Lead all accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting functions Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, external audits, and compliance with U.S. GAAP Manage cash flow, debt covenant compliance, and internal financial controls Drive consistency and standardization of accounting and reporting processes across multiple business units, including newly acquired entities Partner with the CFO on Board reporting, Audit Committee presentations, and strategic financial initiatives Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Experience within telecom infrastructure, telecommunications construction, utility construction, or related project-based industries Strong technical accounting expertise, including revenue recognition, long-term contract accounting, and lease accounting Experience leading accounting operations in a high-growth, multi-entity environment Background in project cost accounting, job costing, and/or inventory accounting Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and support organizational growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
