Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity, frequency, and duration, forming the basis of a collaborative treatment approach.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Actively monitor client progress, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and available treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery through self-care practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care, taking an integrated approach to client treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and advancements regarding mood disorders to enhance therapy techniques and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring data security and privacy.
