Member Services Specialist — Customer Care & Tech Help
Sam's East, Inc.
Sam's Club in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver member service at the front end, process purchases, and assist customers with merchandise selection and self-checkout tech. You will verify memberships, handle payments, refunds, and exchanges according to policy, and keep the checkout area organized and safe. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and ongoing training.
