Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
