This role is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation. This role requires strong Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Experience. Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and productsProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionalityDevelop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platformLead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrityCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guidesLead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projectsDesign and develop customizations using Salesforce.com developer toolkitArchitect, design, and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programmingEstablish and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, access levels, and sharing rulesPerform data migration and maintain data quality using standard Salesforce data toolsGuide and mentor the development team, ensuring code and design qualityCollaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize project backlogsStay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies and leverage them to bring business benefitsEnsure the Salesforce system aligns with company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the systemPerform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being usedProvide mentorship and supervise development teamStay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalitiesDesigning and implementing Salesforce-based systems and applications to meet business requirements.Leading a team of Salesforce developers and ensuring best practices in development and integration are followed.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, while maintaining high technical standards.Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders to ensure effective use of Salesforce for their needs Qualifications12+ years of experience in Salesforce Ecosystem and integrations experience with various systems.5+ years experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) 5+ years of experience in Amazon Connect ecosystem (application, telephony, routing, AI, and DevOps layers)6+ years experience in Salesforce architecture, services, and security model6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development Toolkit (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.)6+ years of experience in Salesforce’s data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies and tools i.e. JiraExperience in DatabricksExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience leading and mentoring a team of developersSalesforce CertificationsPlatform Developer I, Certified Sales Cloud and Service CloudDegreeBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant fieldNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $128,858.00 to $238,625.00 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
