Role OverviewThe Roofing Sales Consultant is responsible for generating, managing, and closing overall roofing and re-roofing projects through consultative, value-based selling while protecting company margins and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage roofing opportunitiesConduct roof inspections and clint/customer consultationsPrepare accurate scopes of work and pricing using company systemsEducate clients/customers on roofing systems, materials, and warrantiesManage projects from contract through completion and collectionCoordinate closely with operations and production teamsMaintain accurate CRM documentationRepresent Red Letter Roofing with professionalism and integritySales Focus & ExpectationsStrong emphasis on margin discipline and value-based pricingTarget gross margins that fit our modelNo unauthorized discountingLong-term customer trust prioritized over short-term transactionsPerformance ExpectationsSuccessful first-year production typically ranges up to $1M in residential sales.
