Responsibilities
- Independently lead full-cycle recruitment for all roles, including defining talent profiles, sourcing channels, candidate screening, interview coordination, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with business teams to understand organizational structure and hiring needs, providing professional recruitment guidance and local talent market insights.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, campus initiatives, and industry associations.
- Conduct structured and competency-based interviews, deliver objective candidate assessments, and provide clear hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and manage recruitment data and analytics.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline, nurture candidate relationships, and support employer branding initiatives.
- Support new hire onboarding and assist with improving employee integration processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally authorized to work in United States.
