Sr. Marketing Attribution and Measurement Consultant (United States)

Role Description The Sr. Marketing Attribution and Measurement Consultant is a remote, full-time role responsible for leading attribution and measurement engagements for complex B2B marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing multi-touch attribution models, configuring measurement frameworks on platforms such as Marketo Measure (fka Bizible), Dreamdata, Funnel, or CaliberMind, and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients. The consultant collaborates closely with senior stakeholders to define KPIs, diagnose data quality issues, and improve pipeline visibility across the marketing and sales funnel. This role also contributes to refining workshop methodologies, documenting best practices, and supporting the development of scalable tools and approaches that can be reused across clients. The consultant is expected to manage projects independently, communicate findings clearly, and act as a trusted advisor on marketing analytics and optimization.

Compensation : $110k annual + benefits + bonus

Day-to-Day:

Project execution: Own and manage projects related to marketing attribution, campaign ops, strategy, marketing automation, CRM, data visualization and more

• These projects include both net-new implementations and existing-client optimizations

Identifying areas for opportunity

• Actively listening for signals which indicate a client might have additional uses for our expertise

Communication: Hold a large number of client-facing calls related to projects, including but not limited to:

• Training sessions
• Technical concept overviews
• Set-up/Configuration walk-throughs
• Custom reporting builds
• Best practices

Content creation

• Developing relevant and detailed blog posts around key areas of measurement & campaign ops
• Plan for and host webinars

Project Management

• Tracking and managing tasks throughout the course of a project
• Keeping internal and external stakeholders aware of changes to timelines, blockers, etc.

Learning

• Widen skillset through self-paces training resources for adjacent tooling
• Partner Relationships

Maintaining and doing proactive outreach to our partners to strengthen the relationship

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to explain complex attribution concepts, present findings to senior stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer Service orientation to build trust with client teams, respond to stakeholder needs, and maintain high satisfaction throughout engagements.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge to understand B2B go-to-market motions, pipeline stages, and the impact of campaigns on revenue outcomes.
• Project Management skills to scope work, manage timelines, coordinate platform implementations, and deliver engagements on schedule.
• Proven experience in marketing attribution and measurement across tools such as Marketo Measure (Bizible), Dreamdata, Funnel, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with B2B marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo Engage, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot) and data integration between them.
• Ability to interpret and visualize data using analytics or BI tools, and to turn insights into clear recommendations for optimization.
• Comfort working in a remote, senior-led, consulting environment with high autonomy and accountability.
