About the Role

We're looking for someone who already knows the broker-dealer community, and whose calls get returned by COOs and presidents. You'll bring independent broker-dealers and hybrid RIAs onto our clearing and custody platform, from the first conversation through a clean conversion.

We kept the sales team small on purpose. That means real territory, real accounts and real credit for the revenue you bring in. You won't be waiting years for a senior rep to retire or watching someone else get the accounts you built. If you've spent years managing these relationships and keep getting passed over for the sales seat, we built this seat for you. Relationship managers who are ready to carry a number are welcome.

About the Firm

We're an established clearing and custody provider for broker-dealers and advisory firms. We have the capital, infrastructure and regulatory depth of a large institution, and we move like a much smaller one. Our assets under custody are growing by double digits because we give firms what the largest providers often can't: flexibility, responsiveness and someone who picks up the phone.

We're also bringing our clearing, custody and advisory capabilities onto one platform. Over the next few years, that opens the market you sell into well beyond broker-dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Open doors with independent and introducing broker-dealers and hybrid RIAs, and win their business
• Build tailored proposals and pricing with internal partners who can say yes without six layers of committees
• Stay on as executive sponsor through due diligence, conversion and the first year of growth
• Represent us at industry conferences and in front of prospects across your territory
• Run your own calendar and pipeline. We measure results, not hours logged.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clearing, custody, correspondent services or broker-dealer infrastructure, in sales, business development or relationship management
• Active relationships with broker-dealer decision-makers who will take your call
• Experience covering both broker-dealers and hybrid RIAs
• Active Series 7
• Experience with platform conversions or custody migrations is a strong plus
• Comfortable working remotely and traveling often to prospects and industry events

What We Offer

• Fully remote. Live where you want, as long as you're comfortable being on the road a good amount (30-40% travel) 
• $150K base, with room above that for exceptional experience, and $250K–$300K total comp when you hit plan
