Since opening my State Farm agency in 2009, my goal has been simple: create a team environment where people feel supported, valued, and excited to grow their careers. I began my journey with State Farm in 2006 after graduating from Santa Clara University, and the experience I gained early on shaped the collaborative and people-focused culture we’ve built today. Our office is made up of motivated, licensed professionals who genuinely enjoy helping others and working together as a team. Most of our team is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing us to better serve and connect with our diverse community. Michael Tirabassi - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist with office opening/closing, including making coffee and light cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
