You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, support badge and access control procedures, assist with screening activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking areas, entry and exit points, trailers, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Complete required activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs while maintaining professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Customer Service Experience is preferred. X-Ray Screening Experience is preferred. Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred. Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
