Business Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Business Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and keep our business unit running smoothly. This role serves as the central hub for administrative coordination, communication, compliance, and operational support—allowing leaders and field crews to stay focused on delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do
Growing People
Assist with onboarding and offboarding paperwork
Support payroll, timekeeping, and employee documentation
Coordinate safety administration, including toolbox talks, certifications, and compliance tracking
Serve as a reliable point of contact for field staff to reduce confusion and administrative friction
Growing the Business
Support daily administrative needs for the Business Unit
Maintain organized records, service documentation, contracts, and renewals
Answer incoming calls to the main office line and communicate operational updates
Coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events
Act as a liaison between field teams, leadership, and corporate departments
Maintain and support operational systems including Aspire, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Sicunet Neptune, Azuga, Commander 4, B.Smart, and AT&T phone systems
Keep templates, workflows, and data accurate, organized, and scalable
Growing Profits
Assist with invoicing, billing, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate cash flow
Coordinate with accounting to resolve discrepancies
Track vehicles, equipment, inventory, uniforms, and PPE
Maintain safety and compliance records to support audits and reduce operational risk
Support seasonal operational needs, including snow administration
