About the role: We're looking for an AI Learning Experience Designer (AI-LXD) to build the next generation of enablement experiences. In this role, you'll design AI-powered learning journeys, performance support tools, knowledge experiences, and dynamic enablement programs that help employees find information, build skills, and apply knowledge in the flow of work. You'll partner with enablement leaders, product marketing, subject matter experts, and AI platform teams to transform complex information into personalized, scalable learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, AI-enabled content development, knowledge management, user experience design, and data-driven optimization. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D. C. In this role, you will: - Design AI-powered learning experiences that improve knowledge retention, accelerate skill development, and drive employee performance. - Design and develop personalized learning journeys that adapt to learner needs and support employees throughout their onboarding and career journeys. - Build dynamic knowledge experiences by transforming static content into searchable, AI-enabled knowledge assets. - Create learning assets across multiple formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, knowledge articles, playbooks, assessments, simulations, job aids, and interactive learning experiences. - Use AI to accelerate content development by generating, transforming, refining, and maintaining learning content at scale. - Create AI-generated simulations, practice scenarios, coaching prompts, assessments, and reinforcement activities.
