This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the financial operations of a dynamic legal environment where accuracy and professionalism are valued every day. Responsibilities: Prepare, process, and send client invoices accurately and on time Track and follow up on outstanding balances and accounts receivable Maintain and update billing records and client account information Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies Process payments and reconcile billing statements Generate billing reports and assist with month-end financial close Respond to client billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner Requirements: Prior experience in billing and accounts receivable Experience working in a law firm is a big plus Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines About Us: Cipriano Law Offices PC is a trusted legal firm based in West Caldwell, NJ, committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.
