Work Model: On-Site Location: Charlotte, NC, USA Shift: First shift Job Level Individual Contributor Schedule: Full time; Thursday - Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Overview Schneider is seeking a Operations Specialist in Charlotte to provide support to a divisional office, terminal or customer account. The Operations Specialist will monitor customer systems, complete administrative processes and work with company drivers to achieve customer satisfaction and goals. Responsibilities Respond to driver phone calls. Track and report out late loads. Resolve overdue shipment related issues. Complete a variety of projects with other associates. Provide input and feedback to operations leaders. Skills And Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities.
