Help Desk Technician

Supporting the Service Desk's weekend team, the fully remote Help Desk Technician I will provide 24/7 IT support to CDC staff, collaborating with colleagues and driving key IT support policies while utilizing provided tools. Key responsibilities Assist the Service Desk in delivering IT support to CDC staff on weekends Collaborate with other Service Desk staff to ensure efficient operations Implement and uphold key policies and procedures for IT support Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least 2 years of related experience Proficiency in O365 applications and VPN support Eligibility for National Agency Check with Inquiries clearance level
