Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive mental health services as a clinician, engaging with clients both virtually and in the community to assist those struggling with major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that integrate various support services, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility to additional resources as required.

• Conduct regular assessments and screenings to identify client needs effectively; arrange for further evaluations when necessary to ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off, and sick leave.
