Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental, emotional, and relational health.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they reflect assessed needs and goals.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health issues.
\n
• Regularly evaluate clients' progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to meet evolving needs.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment adjustments.
\n
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to enhance overall client care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic practices to continuously improve service delivery.

• Advocate for clients, empowering them with the resources and support they need for informed decision-making regarding their treatment.

• Uphold all ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in alignment with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy and/or couples therapy.

• Strong assessment skills with the ability to articulate treatment plans succinctly.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
