Alliance seeks a Health Promotion and Outreach Specialist (Full-time Remote, NC Based) to conduct targeted member outreach across health promotion, chronic condition management, and preventive care using phone, portal, text, email, and mail. The role educates members about benefits, coordinates with Care Management, and helps implement System of Care approaches, collaborating with community partners.
