Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide personalized individual, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass clear, measurable goals and interventions suited to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate seamless care and treatment, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are considered.

• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive groups to enhance therapeutic experiences for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and developing effective safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines to ensure quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
