CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Douglas Water Conditioning is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join its team. We are a leader in the water treatment industry with over 50 years of experience specializing in water treatment systems, drinking water systems, bottled water, softener salt, etc., and we are affiliated with Costco. Reports To Service Manager All Managing Partners Job Responsibilities Managing customer database Answer phones and respond to customer requests Schedule product deliveries Schedule service calls Working the cash register for walk‑in customers Update delivery and service call tickets Enter billing into database Running route tickets Opening/Closing store Miscellaneous duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Detail oriented Customer service oriented Ability to multi-task Must know how to work a calculator and cash register Must have basic math (adding, subtraction, multiplication and division) Must be able to work rotating Saturdays Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Compensation Status Hourly (Non-Exempt) $17.00+ Benefits: Douglas Water Conditioning values its employees and offers a full benefits package for all full-time employees including health insurance, company matching 401(k), holiday pay, and paid time off.
